• Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused and in their original condition.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• Once the refunds item is received and inspected, returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
• Personalized, custom-made, or digital products are not eligible for refunds unless defective.
